The Firestone Park community and surrounding area residents are invited to join Water Church for a day of fun while we kick off this school year by giving away free backpacks & school supplies for every K-8th grade child who attends the event (while supplies last).

Enjoy hot dogs, iInflatables, cotton candy, popcorn, lawn games, a visit from an Akron City fire truck and more!

Want to help us serve our community?

- Purchase school supplies from this list and add them to the donation bin in the church lobby: #2 pencils, boxes of tissues, crayons (24-pack), glue sticks, wide-ruled notebook paper, pens, rulers, pocket folders

- Designate your offering by labeling “Back 2 School" on your envelope or contribute to the School Supplies event fund on the Water Church app.

- Join us on Wednesday, August 5 at 6:30 pm and help fill the backpacks.

- Add your name to the sign-up sheet in the lobby to volunteer to work at the event.
