Covetousness

Covetousness is the greedy desire for more that never knows the freedom, peace, and joy of simply saying, “I have enough.” Sometimes it is driven by a sense of injustice. Other times is fueled by an ever expanding appetite for pleasure. Often it is the harried press of worry that keeps us grasping for more. Whatever the type of greed there is only one way to deal with it: listen to Jesus. This will be our goal today.
