Attack: Direct shoulder grab from left arm to right shoulder Counter: 1) Step straight back with left foot into soft bow and trap their left hand with your left hand 2) Make your right arm into a inward block that comes up at an angle to break their elbow 3) As your opponent sinks down, chop right hand into their throat 4) Cover out

Attack: two handed push Counter: 1) Step back with left foot 2) Downward palm sweep into cat stance 3) Snap kick with right foot 4) Lifting chop with right hand 5) Tiger strike diagonally from top left to bottom right of opponents face 6) Heel palm to solar plexus with left hand

Kimono Grab

Attack: Two handed push or double shoulder grab Counter: 1) Step back with left foot 2) Trap opponents left hand with your left hand 3) Upward block with right arm creating an arm bar and rotate hips 4) Rotate right arm around and chop down, scooping in bringing opponent close 5) Chop forward to throat with right hand 6) Clear opponents hands with a downward sweep using both hands 7) Strike first using left hand cobra strike to attackers right ear, then right elbow to opponents left ear or face 8) Turn to rear bow, hammer fist to the groin with right hand 9) Chamber right leg and rear kick
