Youth Camp 2025 Registration Information
Welcome to Youth Camp 2025! We're excited to have your student join us for an unforgettable week at Carolina Creek in Huntsville, TX. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
CAMP DETAILS //
- Dates: June 8 - 11, 2025
- Location: Carolina Creek — Huntsville, TX
- Cost: $315 per student
- Theme: Highs & Lows — Focusing on how God is greater than the highest highs and lowest lows in our lives
- Speaker: Pastor Jared Darby of Eden Church
- Worship: Provided by Wake Worship

HOW TO REGISTER //
1. Complete the Registration Form
- Click the "Brushfire Registration Form" button.
- Make sure to register using "Camp 1 | June 8 - 11 | Carolina Creek" option.
- Use the "+" button to add the number of registrants.
- Fill out all General Information accurately.
- Under "Church Name," select "Conroe - Wake Church."
Note: The only payment made through Brushfire is for pre-ordering camp merchandise.
2. Submit Camp Payment
- After registering, you'll receive an email with a link to pay your camp balance.
- A $100 deposit is due by May 4th to secure your student’s spot.
- If registering after May 4th, the deposit is due within 48 hours of registration.
- If paying with cash or check, please select that option on the payment form, and a team member will reach out with further instructions.
- If you need financial assistance, you may request a partial or full scholarship on the payment form. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your request as soon as possible.

- Registration isn’t complete until both the Brushfire Registration Form and Subsplash Payment Form are complete.
