Welcome to Youth Camp 2023: "It's Not About You", presented by Wake Church! We are so glad that you have chosen to spend your week of camp with us. This is our favorite week of the year and we want to make it special! This year we will be enjoying camp at Boxwoods: A Cho-Yeh Camp in Livingston, TX (all information on Boxwoods can be found on our Youth Camp website page). We will arrive at camp on July 15th and return home July 19th. For worship, we will be hosting Wake Worship as well as worship guest Zach Webb and Bailey Redmond! For our camp speaker this summer, we have selected Pastor Lungz Makaula of SOZO City Church in Chicago, IL. We will also be hosting a mid-week concert for our students by the artist NOBIGDYL! And we are excited for the different speaking guest we have slated for our breakout sessions this summer. The total cost for Youth Camp 2023 is $325 per person (leaders & students). The only thing not calculated in the cost is transportation for your church. Camp is an all inclusive experience for you and your students. All you have to do is show up! To register, click the link above. You will sign up your entire youth group together (including both leaders & students). Once this form has been submitted, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours from the Youth Pastor of Wake Church to discuss the information filled out. Shortly after, you'll recieve an email with printable resources to get everyone signed up. Within 24 hours, you will be sent a link to pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your spot at camp. The remaining balance must be paid by July 3rd, 2023. Need to change the amount of people you have signed up? Give us a call or send us an email by May 22nd, 2023 if you would like to increase or decrease the number of attendees for your group. Deposits will not be refunded but will increase or reduce the remaining balance of your group depending on the situation. All changes must be requested on or before May 22nd, 2023. Once signed up, feel free to use promotional content we have provided. All promotional material will be released by March 31st and can be found on our Youth Camp website page. Also, you can download the leader/student registration forms (these forms will also be emailed to the email address provided at the time of registration). Please use provided forms to sign-up ALL who will be attending in your group. Make sure forms are legible and correctly filled out before submitting.
