We need to prioritize prayer, seek undistracted time with God, pray for others, and persist even when answers seem delayed. - Persistent prayer delights in God's will and is desperate for His presence. We should pray with the expectation that God will answer, not necessarily giving us what we want, but what we need - especially the gift of the Holy Spirit. - The Holy Spirit's work in our lives is transformative. He convicts us of sin, converts us to new life, connects us to God as our Father, causes us to glorify God, and equips and empowers the church for ministry.
