In this week's message, we dive into the danger of believing without surrender. Through Acts 5:12-21, we see how bold obedience triggers opposition and releases God's miracles. However, many people struggle to live boldly for Jesus because they live with a belief in Jesus instead of living with surrender to Him. Using Matthew 26:20-25 and Matthew 7:21-23, we learn that without repentance and surrender, we'll always go back to who we were before Jesus. Join us as we explore the importance of repentance and surrender in our walk with Jesus and how it takes us from working for Jesus to walking with Jesus out of an overflow of our love for Him.
Does The Enemy Know You
March 5, 2023 • Pastor Phelan Rodriguez • Acts 19:11–20, Matthew 28:18–20
This week, we ask the question "Does the Enemy Know You?" based on Acts 19:11-15. We learn that being on Satan's radar means you're a threat to his plans, and that faith in Jesus and participation in the world are incompatible. Through Acts 19:16-20, we see how the power of the Lord prevailed over evil, and how believers armed with the Word of God, prayer, and boldness in sharing the Gospel become dangerous to hell. Are you a threat to Satan's plans? Watch now to find out.
