1 | The wise and foolish builders

Jesus taught us that we can build our life on the foundation of the rock which is Jesus himself or we can build it on the sand which is unstable, unhelpful and unwise choices that we make every day in our lives. Paul said, everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial.  This talk is about make good choices every day, which is like building brick by brick on solid rock.

2 | The Good Samaritan

Parables aren’t stories to make hard ideas easy, they are onions that need pealing with perseverance. The Good Samaritan could be about – ethics, race, religion, nationality or even land right. If it is an allegory of Jesus it highlights typical 4 areas in which we try and justify ourselves rather than allowing him to justify us.
