As we continue to look at the story of Jesus calling the first disciples in Luke 5:1-11 we hear the request of Jesus to Simon ‘Go out into the deep and let down your net’. Fast forward 2,000 years and the same request of Jesus is given to each one of us, but what does that mean and why are we called to go deeper with Jesus?
