In this last week of the Book of Habakkuk, we realized how our prayers should be focused on Him. After all, even in our affliction, His character and attributes are the ones that sustain us and produce faith in our life because there is no one else who can bring us peace because amid wrath, if we repent, He will bring us peace.

Every time we approach God in prayer, we appeal to His character, and that is a great motivation in our life since He, as a loving father, inclines His ear to us, but in the same way, He Himself warns us of what will happen if we disobey His ordinances by behaving in a manner contrary to His Word.

How Long o Lord? | Habakkuk 1:1-11

This week we started a verse-by-verse study of the Book of the Prophet Habakkuk. Today, we have learned about the importance of really knowing God; in the same way that the prophet cried out his prayers to God, asking for His help and divine intervention in the situations, we have to remember that God Himself shows in His Word each one of His attributes, each one of His actions is holy and good, that is why we can put our faith completely in Him.
