Important to emotionally healthy spirituality is the concept of fatherhood we embrace. Not only is this concept that starts with Father God taught throughout the scriptures, but Jesus taught an approach to God and modeled a relationship with God that is centered around the loving father belief. When we grow in this, we develop more emotionally healthy relationships as a result. The ultimate goal is for us to embrace God as Father and to model His love to those in our spheres of influence.
