Jesus showed us that joy is not a result of a geographical location, a set of ideal circumstances or the friends you surround yourself with. They can all influence your joy. Joy is attached to higher purposes lived out that come from God. When you find and commit to your higher purposes, you will find joy was there the whole time. Let’s look at another life … one that struggled to find joy.
