On Day 4 of our Fast, Suzanne poses the question, "What do you feast on?" As we pursue fresh encounter, it is paramount that we take account of what we allow into our spirit, soul, and body. If we want to be filled with Holy Spirit, we need to take a look inward and see what needs to come out.
