Sabbath Worship Experience | Attached Part 2

April 13, 2024 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson

Last week we explored the science of how we attach to caregivers—first with our parents, later in our adult relationships, and eventually with God. We specifically focused on the “avoidant” attachment style.

This week, however, we’ll be focused on the “anxious” attachment style. Whereas avoidants will avoid feelings and vulnerability out of fear of being rejected, anxious attachment will have you all in your feels, all the time. Does this sound more like you?

Join us this week as we continue through the book of Ruth in search of the healthiest attachment style with others and with God.
