Next | New | Now: "Bearable"

It’s not everyday you hear on the news about 42 children being torn to pieces by two bears. Well, it’s actually only been in the news once, and that’s in the second chapter of the second book of Kings. Tragic, right? Makes you want to pray for the families of the children? What if I told you God was seemingly behind the “grizzly” attack? And the reason, “bear in mind,” was because of a little name-calling. No one was hurt by the teasing, except maybe Elisha’s ego.

It’s stories like this that make the Bible almost “unbearable” for the average reader. Has even pushed many to be agnostic or even atheists. Our faith will be tested this week as we dissect one of the most misunderstood stories in the Bible.

Join us this Sabbath for the third message in our Next | New | Now Series entitled “Bearable.”

Sabbath Worship Experience | "Momma Knows Best"

May 11, 2024 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson

In the story of the wedding in Cana, we learned that God must often place more value on relationship than He will on being right. This week we conclude the wedding story discovering that Jesus first miracle, including the setting and the occasion, point us to an eye-opening revelation. Don’t miss out on the conclusion to this two-part mother’s day message entitled, “Momma Knows Best.”

Sabbath Worship Experience | "The Right Relationship"

May 4, 2024 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson

Jesus’ first recorded miracle in the gospels was unplanned. In fact, it was seemingly not even His Father’s will. It was, however, His mother’s will. So why did it happen? This week we start a two-part message on the wedding event in John 2, unpacking the most interesting dynamic between Jesus and His mother, Mary. Join us for the message entitled: “The Right Relationship.”
