Sabbath Worship Experience | The Women of the Cross: Salome
March 14, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
This week we explore the character of Salome, who like Mary Magdalene, was a follower of Jesus and at the cross of Christ. In a period of political and religious unrest, what request does she make of Jesus that causes Him to respond, “You don’t know what you’re asking for”? Join us this week as we explore Salome’s contribution to the gospel, especially during our time of religious and political strife.

March 7, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
As we draw near to Resurrection Sunday and celebrate Women’s History Month, we begin a new series that focuses on the contribution women make towards Jesus’ mission, death, and resurrection. So impactful is their ministry that it’s impossible to tell the story of the cross without sharing their story. Join us this week as we begin the series with Mary Magdalene.

Sabbath Worship Experience | "I Have a Dream" - The Journey of Joseph III
February 21, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
Unnecessarily sharing his dreams is what got Joseph in this mess in the first place, so is he going to go back to the dream well to get himself out of it? This week we see Joseph plot his freedom from Pharaoh’s dungeon using dreams, yet not realizing there is an even a grimmer and darker dungeon he must be set free from. Join us as we close out this short series tomorrow and discover the ultimate way to our freedom.
Sabbath Worship Experience | "I Have A Dream" - The Journey of Joseph II
February 14, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
We left off last week with Joseph finding resolve and new determination given his new circumstance. Yet it doesn’t take long for his new resolve to be tested. “Tested” might be an understatement in Joseph’s story. What comes his way was a gargantuan challenge with almost no rewards. What do we learn about ourselves when doing the right thing doesn’t net the right results? You’re about to learn tomorrow. Join us as we continue our “I Have a Dream” series.
Sabbath Worship Experience | “I Have a Dream”—The Journey of Joseph
February 7, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
The journey of Joseph may be the most laser-focused narrative on redemption in all of the Old Testament. Yet with that said, it follows the most unusual path to express the gospel story. The twists and turns alone may give you cerebral whiplash. Join us this Sabbath as we begin a new series that involves everything you’d find in your favorite Novela (soap opera). Let’s follow the path of a dreamer, who experienced his worst nightmare. Can a slave become a savior? Let’s find out!
Sabbath Worship Experience | Be Born Again
January 31, 2026 • Ben Garcia, Associate Pastor
A newborn baby is a new beginning. In John 3 Jesus tells Nicodemus that one must be born again in order to enter the Kingdom of God. Nicodemus is puzzled: "...Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!” When we hear the term "born-again Christians", it may create a stereo-type: Is it a church denomination? How does it happen? What does it look like?
Join us this Sabbath as we rediscover the way to salvation in this spiritual and personal discussion between Jesus and Nicodemus, a Pharisee and "Teacher of Israel."

Sabbath Worship Experience | Clear As Mud
January 24, 2026 • Pastor Anthony Paschal, Jr.
What if what you thought you knew was true… wasn’t? What if the answers you’ve never questioned are the ones Jesus wants to transform?
This Sabbath, we’ll reflect on our assumptions and watch how Jesus, in John 9, reshapes the way we see. Through practical encounters and profound truth, we’ll explore how light enters the world—one transformed heart at a time.
Sabbath Worship Experience | Building On Foreign Soil: Home Away From Home
January 17, 2026 • Aivars Ozolins, Assoc. Pastor
How does the Gospel of Jesus change the way we relate to each other and the way we live in a world that is not our permanent home? What does it mean to belong to another kingdom while still seeking the good of the place where we now live?
This Sabbath, we will explore these questions through the eyes of the apostle Peter—the hot-headed fisherman who repeatedly found himself in trouble by running ahead of God, yet who was profoundly transformed by the gospel. From his own journey of grace, Peter calls us to live out the gospel in our everyday lives.
Join us this Sabbath as we discover how God delights in bringing life through His people in the most unlikely places, and how He invites us to live out our identity right here at Grace on the Hill.
Sabbath Worship Experience | Let Us Break Bread Together
January 10, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
Beginning the new year with communion is always special. Making it more special this year is that it will provide an emphasis for our ministry and evangelism for the entire year. There is something about the message Jesus gave to His disciples around the table at that last supper that serves as an inspirational goal for us to achieve this year. Join us for our special service tomorrow.
Sabbath Worship Experience | "Gooder News"
September 27, 2025 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
A lot in the news lately. The tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, and the conversations that has sparked among Christians. Another failed prediction of the not so secret rapture this week, calling into question our beliefs in the Second Coming of Christ. Even as world leaders gathered at the United Nations General Assembly, escalators malfunctioned and chaos unfolded. A mass walkout during Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech sparked more conversations among believers about where we should stand on the war in Gaza. If there was ever a time for some good news, right now seems like the perfect time for it.
When choosing one side over the other risks you losing your “Christian Card,” how do we sift through all the rhetoric to know what Jesus would want from His church in these last days? Join us this week as we strive to understand the “Good News” as taught by Jesus. Is it still good enough today?
Sabbath Worship Experience | Happy New [You!]
January 3, 2026 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
Here we are again. New year, new you, right? Coming out of our transformative series on Abraham, we’re challenged to begin the new year with something more than just a "bang.” How can we make resolutions and stick with them? Do we just need to work harder? Join us for the first worship experience of the year as Jesus gives His disciples a resolution worth sticking to.
Sabbath Worship Experience | "The Nation of Abraham: The Provider"
December 27, 2025 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
We’ve now come to the apex and climax of our series. As Abraham ascends Mount Moriah with his son Isaac to sacrifice him, he does something more than just foreshadow Christ. He sets the stage for a lesson that everyone should know and understand. And without accepting this lesson, there is no nation of Abraham. Join us for the final message of the series and year.
Sabbath Worship Experience | "The Nation of Abraham: The Inheritance"
December 20, 2025 • Pastor Jonathan Henderson
Now at 100 years old, unto Abraham and Sarah a child is born; unto them a son is given. The promise child, Isaac, was born, foreshadowing an even greater promise to come. This week we examine how Abraham’s many failures didn’t derail the inheritance God promised, and what all of that means for us today in our walk with God.
