Early Christians, and Jesus Himself, provide a model for us to be successful in sharing the Gospel with others. Christians are not responsible to convert someone, only to share the truth of Christ.

Adult Christians must be willing to bear the responsibility of being an example for younger or less mature Christians. This responsibility also creates a sense of accountability in protecting others from potential harm. Modern culture has lowered moral standards while God's expectations and standards have not changed, therefore, Christians must come along side new believers to assist them in spiritual development.

Challenges in communication have always existed between the generations of man and, unfortunately, the default response of many is to not engage or invest in others due to the foreign languages & methods perceived as insurmountable. Scripture provides a model of all ages invested in one another in order to model, nurture and develop strong families, congregations and cultures.
