Are you living like this world is your home or like Jesus is truly coming back for you? In Mark 13:1–31, Jesus speaks into the unthinkable—the fall of the temple—and uses it to open our eyes to the bigger story God is writing. He lays out the signs that will unfold: deception, disasters, persecution, tribulation, and ultimately His return in power and glory. But woven through it all is a steady hope to not be afraid. God holds His people with a grip stronger than anything we face. And because His return is certain, it carries an urgency meant to wake us up. This world is passing away, so don’t settle into a half-hearted life. Go all in for Jesus. His coming changes everything about how we live right now.
