This person tends to blend in a little more than the others. They aren't out there just making their presence felt...but rest assured, they are there, and their presence is felt. Unfortunately, in most cases, their presence is felt after it's too late. The soft whispers that flow out of their very being tend to be the foundations on which discord is built on. They will talk over here about the fact that they just can't believe that this is happening and then they will talk over there about the exact opposite.

You will usually find them hidden in the background, usually on the phone, talking in a one-on-one conversation or in multiple little like-minded, yet totally different, groups...just depending on the overall group's beliefs. They can run in completely opposite circles...almost at the same time.

They aren't necessarily trying to be a gossip or create dissension, yet they come across like that all the time. Why is this? Part of the problem is they are trapped. If they become true to what they believe, part of them might be exposed. They may not even really know what they believe. They may just be trying to fit. Does this excuse bad behavior? No. But it might help change it.

Today, if this is you. Let me encourage you...FIND YOUR VOICE. And when you do, use the fact that you don't have to stand up and be seen to your advantage. Use your whispers to create hope. Whisper love, acceptance, friendship, and peace. Sit down, have a conversation, and let your voice be one of understanding.

So, maybe a little less chatter mixed with a little more truth will help you and me both thrive in a divided world, and, who knows, we may just set the example.
