What do we mean by that? It's quite simple.
Do you have a friend that you've got nothing but love for? Well, TELL THEM.

Fire off a text to that friend that is like a brother or sister, make that phone call to that parent or child, spend a little more intentional time with the spouse or significant other...bottom line, whoever it may be, make sure that you use your words to tell them that you love them. You see, there is something powerful about the words we speak. When our words are used to build up, it begins to chip away at the excessive negativity that we face throughout the day and the chaos that easily ensnares this season. Something happens in our mind when we are encouraged. And something happens in our hearts when we encourage.

So, do you have one or two (or ten) people on your mind that you need to engage with and make sure they know you love them? It's simple to do, just open your texting app and type out a message like this:
"I love you my bro"...or...
"Hey mom, thank you for everything you do for me. I love you"...or...
"Thanks for being my best friend. You make me better."
