Spiritual Warfare Concerns Everything That GOD Is Warning Us About

I. Great godlessness is coming in the Last Days

3:v1 You must understand this, that in the last days distressing times will come. 2 For people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unfeeling, implacable, slanderers, profligates, brutes, haters of good, 4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

This scripture reveals not only should we be concerned about external threats from the world but also from many in the church as well. Paul states there will be religious people, church going people who are: 3:5 holding to the outward form of godliness but denying its power. They like to play church according to their whims.

A. There will be wolves in the church dressed as sheep and there will be shepherds who will sell out the sheep, who will run away at the first sign of danger. Paul indicates their fruit will be apparent: 1) they will out right deny the power of God 2) they will deny the promises of God and 3) they will out right deny and grieve The Holy Spirit.

B. Paul states they will have a form of godliness. They will play church but there will be no Holy Spirit manifested power. The only presence of God will be the word of God that is sung or spoken and the few who are actually seeking God. The word of God is eternally powerful and maintains the presence, the anointing of God.

C. For the ministers who are pastoring from a purely job perspective their reward will be the cash they make to gratify themselves with life’s pleasures. Another fruit of a Godless church will emanate from the church boards who will exemplify a fallen direction and in many cases will require it from the minister that have hired.

D. Some Churches are run like businesses with production spread sheets being the primary focus concerning attendance and tithes. Many will believe church should be like good social club. They believe you are going in the right direction because seats are being filled and people are happy with their social church experiences. Some churches believe that fellowships over a meal are more important than discipleship. The fruits of being a highly seeker sensitive church are: not wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings, a watered down or out right edit word of God, a primary focus to keep people happy and a priority to keep tithes and attendance up. churches in this position will not realize there are people in their pews who are living in sin, bound up by seducing spirits and sick both spiritually and physically. There will be no altar calls for souls to be saved, set free, healed and delivered unto the glory of God The Father, Son and Holy Spirit that Paul states is The Way.

II. Pauls tells us to: Avoid them!

v6 For among them are those who make their way into households and captivate immature (men) women, overwhelmed by their sins and swayed by all kinds of desires, v7 who are always studying (searching) yet never able to recognize truth (because the Spirit of God is not allowed to be present). v8 As Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these people, of corrupt mind and counterfeit faith, also oppose the truth (and the manifest presence of God).

But Note: Paul prophetically tells us God’s anger will be revealed against them. And He will deal with them. He will expose them for who they are and HE will remove them.

(ESV) v9 But they will not make much progress because, as in the case of those two men, their folly will become plain to everyone.

(AMP) v9 But they will not get very far, for their meaningless nonsense and ignorance will become obvious to everyone, as was that of Jannes and Jambres.

A. Paul prophesied: Just as Jannes and Jambres were defeated by God so shall the wicked be defeated in the last days, and, as it was in the day of Noah and of David God laughs at them. God will show up, manifest His presence) and defeat them by whatever means He chooses.

B. Psalm 37:v13 states: but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for He sees that his day is coming. v14 The wicked draw the sword and bend their bows to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose way is upright; King David emphatically states: v15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts, and their bows will be broken.16 Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; v17 for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.

III. The Bride of Christ is powerful in and through Yeshua Our Messiah

There are many in the church who believe what Paul wrote implies we should do nothing in respect to fighting social and governmental evil. That we should stay out certain areas of society like politics.

A. This great deception, is far from the truth, has permeated many in the church. The Bride must realize what Jesus said “if they hate Me they will hate you”. And just as the politician King Herod in Acts 12:21-23 who was eaten by worms found out the hard way God will permeate every area of life, society and the world.

B. Acts 12:21-23 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. (The people worshiped Herod and he allowed it by not stopping them or giving glory to God) And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

IV. Only One Person Is Perfect and His Name Is Yeshua – The Messiah

President Trump has publicly and vividly expressed his worship of God and need for Jesus Christ. He has privately and publicly surrounded himself with men and women of God in Christ. There are so many pictures of ministers who were brought into the Oval Office by Trump to pray with him and he let them lay hands on and pray for Trump. And yet nay sayers and haters, who say they are Christians, spew evil and hate at a man who has publicly prayed for God’s help and wants to keep America Free and Make America Great Again.

A. Haters who call themselves Christian forget from whence they have come and if they refuse to vote or are openly supporting the current liberal and lawless White House administrative agenda “God laughs at you”. You better get on your knees and cry out to Him while you still can. Let me perfectly clear. It does not matter who you think you are or how many people you have following you on Pop social media. Social Media cannot save you. And if you call yourself a christian but are supporting the evil propagated by current White House or popular media you better check yourself.

B. What matters to God is that you humble yourself before God, give Him the Glory due His name, repent and get in the fight for the things of God to made manifest.

In Conclusion: The Bride Is Supposed To Be Glorious With-Out Spot Or Wrinkle

1. We, who are the body of Christ are supposed to be a body of believers who through The Blood of Christ are as White As Snow and lead of The Holy Spirit. Our directive is to reach the world, to pray for souls, for the miraculous and for the destruction of evil and the plan of evil in every dimension of spacial reality.

2.We must pray as Jesus, David and the Prophets repeatedly prayed asking for God to intervene and deal with the evil in what ever way He chooses.

3. Just as Jesus taught us to walk and pray in The Our Father, and just as David and the Prophets prayed, we must pray asking God that every wicked plan evil is planning to enact or trying to implement will immediately fall on the heads of those both planning and doing the evil to their own destruction.

4. And when they are brought to their knees that the same mercy and grace showed to us would overwhelm them by The Holy Spirit causing them to repent and give their lives to Jesus Christ. And if they refuse God’s mercy so be it to their condemnation and eternal damnation.

5. We do not have to tolerate governmental or societies evil and wickedness. Our faith is to pray and bless them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is to the Lord’s Honor we aspire to bring each soul to conviction, salvation and if needed judgement.

I-Timothy 1:12 But I am not ashamed, for I know the one in whom I have put my trust, and I am sure that He is able to guard the deposit I have entrusted to Him. 13 Hold to the standard of sound teaching that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 14 Guard the good deposit entrusted to you, with the help of the Holy Spirit living in us.

King David states:

v17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous. God will intervene if cry out to Him and when He speaks we must walk in obedience to His will.
