With our Sunday Service structure, the first week of the month we plant the Seed of new revelation, the next week we water it with Selah Sunday, the third Sunday of the month, we Feast and put on display the fruit God has produced in our life through content creation, and the fourth Sunday is our Sabbath; where there is NO LIVE service, but we utilize that time to rest, reflect and review the revelation released this month, along with the fruit that God produced in our lives.

Here are some ways to enjoy your Sabbath with God:

3. Reflective walking

4. Quiet meditation (visualization)

5. Review your notes

6. Rewatch the message

7. Application review (Review your practical application practices within your daily lives concerning the revelation you've received)

At YWBD, we're about your spiritual growth and discipleship. As we've all dedicated time on Sunday to go to church, Sabbath Sunday is opportunity for us to practice BEING the church by spending intentional time with our Lord alone or in our deliberate, godly fellowship with others.

At least take 20-30 minutes alone with God and document your growth.
