Hannah Welton is the co-pastor of Your Will Be Done Ministries alongside her husband, Joshua. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, where she lived until she moved with her father and brother to Chicago at age 12.

Immersed in the performing arts from a young age, dancing from the time she was three and gravitating toward the drums by age seven, her formative years were dedicated to the strengthening of her God-given gifts, and revealing her calling.

After meeting Joshua at the age of nineteen, while studying as a jazz performance major at Chicago College of Performing Arts, Hannah drew closer to Jesus and decided to give her life to Him, Easter of 2010. Ever since, her life has been a testimony of the power of God.

After getting married at the young age of twenty-one, in October of 2011, Joshua and Hannah moved to Atlanta, Georgia where they served together in the teen ministry at World Changers Church, INTL. At that time, Hannah was also conducting masterclasses on a Guitar Center clinic tour, traveling all over the U.S before being contacted by Prince’s representatives to audition for an upcoming project. From 2012-2016 her and her husband recorded, performed, toured around the world and spent personal time with the world renowned artist known as Prince.

In 2016 Hannah gave birth to their first child and now, as a mother of four, Azaria, Sovereign, Genesis, Eikōn (Icon), Hannah has found an additional sense of purpose. She is passionate about sharing the love of Christ to all, empowering women, and breaking down the religious barriers that have for so long separated the world and the church from the pure, unfiltered love of Christ. She loves studying and teaching the word of God and revealing the practical relevance of His word to men and women, young and old, believers and unbelievers alike. Her mission in everything she does whether it’s motherhood, marriage, music, ministry or life in general, is to genuinely and wholly represent God and His Kingdom culture to the fullest; to love to the fullest. She is excited about the future of her family, YWBD and to intentionally take every step in purpose and surrender to the Lord.
