Your thoughts are powerful in that they will determine your outcome in life. Renewing your mind to the Word of God is essential in the life of the believer. You cannot be lazy and allow your mind to think whatever comes. Replacing negative thoughts (fear, doubt, unbelief) with God’s truth and promises is an active participation and obedience with God that will determine your success. The mind is a battleground where negative thoughts can lead to defeat if not controlled. If the enemy wants to defeat you in life, he must first overcome your thought life.

Limitations start in the mind. A victorious life never happens without first starting in a person's thinking. Anywhere you rise in life is where your thoughts have permitted you to be.
