Guest Preacher: Rev. Dr. Daniel Meyer

A graduate of Yale College and both Princeton and Fuller Seminaries, Dan Meyer has served Presbyterian churches in Northern Ireland, New York, New Jersey, and California.

Since 1997, he has been the Lead Pastor of Christ Church of Oak Brook, a non denominational, multi-site congregation in Chicago’s western suburbs. Beyond his church work, Dan holds four Emmy Awards for his role as host of LIFE FOCUS, a television newsmagazine carried on PBS and other stations. He is a trustee of Fuller Theological Seminary, and has authored books on leadership, evangelism, and the attributes of God. Along the way, God gave Dan additional experience working on an off-shore oil rig, in a maximum-security prison, in IBM’s corporate headquarters, in many political campaigns, and on a farm. He and his wife, Amy, have been married 36 years and are parents of three sons – Rush, Cole (Heather) & Reed. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and golfing.
