Palm Sunday is a significant day in the Christian faith as it marks the beginning of Holy Week, the week leading up to Easter. On this day, we remember Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem, where he was welcomed by crowds waving palm branches and shouting 'Hosanna!' This event foreshadowed the events of the following week, where Jesus would be crucified and then rise from the dead, fulfilling the prophecy of the Messiah. As we reflect on this day, we are reminded of the humility and sacrifice of Jesus, who willingly laid down his life for our sins. It is a time for us to examine our own hearts and remember the love and grace that Jesus showed us through his death and resurrection. Today, as we worship and listen to Pastor Joel's message, let us be filled with gratitude and awe for the incredible gift of salvation that we have received through Jesus.
