The Book of Zechariah focuses on ten visions that The Lord gave to Zechariah. The scriptures tell us that God uses visions and dreams to speak to men/women—but it ALWAYS must be tested against God's Word and His character. Many proclaim to have visions and dreams, but can be corrupt and misleading.
