Main Point: We need a move of God. Strive to allow the fruits of the spirit to be evident in your life.

Galatians 5:16-26. Lust of the flesh versus the 9 fruits of the spirit:

- Lust of the flesh: Adultery, Fornication (sex outside of marriage), sinful mental thoughts, selfishness, drunkenness, sinful lifestyle, witchcraft, dis-unity and divisions, uncontrolled anger.

- Fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Long-suffering (Patience), Gentleness (Kindness), goodness (generous), faith(ful)-(dependable), meekness (humble), temperance(self-control)

Pastor’s Thoughts:

- Allowing the fruits of the spirit to take over your life takes a humbled surrendered heart willing to be vulnerable and convicted by the Holy Spirit to continue changing. Do not be satisfied with carnal sin in your life.

- There is no law on earth that outlaw these 9 fruits of the Spirit. Every one of us need to do better with these nine fruits in our lives. When we operate in these 9 fruits people around us will notice and be attracted to God thru our lives.

- The church needs to do determined to shine the 9 fruits of the spirit so the world can experience God’s character.

Ephesians 5:1-21. The way of life for Believers in Christ Jesus:

- Walk in Love

- Do not walk in sexual sin and fornication

- Take time to give thanks unto the Lord

- Let no man deceive you with vain words

- Recognize and live the fruits of the spirit (Goodness, righteousness, truth)

- Walk in Wisdom

- Be not drunk with wine but be filled with the Spirit.
