I Do

Week 5 • September 17, 2017 • Jason Doran

Do we need God anymore?
Some say yes, but they don’t always live like it.
Some say no, but find God difficult to completely dismiss.
For some, they would ask - Who needs religion? Right now, more Americans than ever are backing away from religion and consequently, they are backing away from God. Not because atheism is all that attractive. It’s that Religion is less so - “It’s the problem.” In this series of messages we are asking the question - who needs God? And along with it we will welcome a myriad of other questions like, does God even exist? If I have doubts about the bible where does that leave me? How can their be pain in the world if there is a loving God? Questions like these are healthy to ask and I want to invite you to explore the answers with us. Who needs God? Perhaps nobody. Perhaps everybody. Perhaps we should talk about it. See links for fill in the blank sermon notes and discussion questions.
