That matters for all Christians everywhere, but it especially matters for our church, and for you. Join us again this Sunday to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection and our hope of glory that comes with it! Join us again this Sunday in the Family Life Center at 9:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. as we share in the passion of Jesus’ last hours in this powerful Good Friday “Service of Shadows.” Easter loses its power and meaning when we forget to reflect on and remember the depth of pain and suffering that Jesus endured on our behalf. We will walk through the Scriptures and experience soul-moving music during this unforgettable worship. We will conclude with communion and quiet reflection. The service is suitable for children of all ages, but please know that our children’s ministry is available at both worship hours!

The setting is the “Upper Room” and Jesus has just told his disciples that one will betray him. When Jesus Comes to Town: A Palm Sunday Celebration Luke 19:28-48 Today is the day! The triumphant entry into Jerusalem has arrived! Palm branches are waving. The path has been cleared. The people are shouting Hosanna! The King has arrived! All the people are celebrating and the air is filled with the sounds of cheering and singing, "Hosanna in the highest!" Everywhere we look, we see, hear, and feel celebration. Until we look, face to face, into the eyes of Jesus. This Sunday we will take a deeper look at what Jesus was feeling when he rode into Jerusalem...as we begin our journey with Jesus to the cross.
