When Jesus Comes to Town: A Palm Sunday Celebration Luke 19:28-48 Today is the day! The triumphant entry into Jerusalem has arrived! Palm branches are waving. The path has been cleared. The people are shouting Hosanna! The King has arrived! All the people are celebrating and the air is filled with the sounds of cheering and singing, "Hosanna in the highest!" Everywhere we look, we see, hear, and feel celebration. Until we look, face to face, into the eyes of Jesus. This Sunday we will take a deeper look at what Jesus was feeling when he rode into Jerusalem...as we begin our journey with Jesus to the cross.
