What’s Happening?

We’re hosting a BBQ MasterClass where you’ll learn everything you need to know about grilling, smoking, grill types, safety, sides, meats, and more. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this class is perfect for all skill levels. After a full day of learning and cooking, everyone is invited to enjoy a delicious Evening Meal featuring meats prepped and cooked by the class, along with a variety of sides, desserts, and drinks. We will also be able to take advantage of amazing live music around town during PorchFest! 

Dinner is open to all, but space is limited. Presale tickets are highly encouraged, as we expect to sell out. All proceeds will go directly to Promise for Haiti to help build a new kitchen for their school and feeding program in Pignon.

We’re hosting a BBQ MasterClass where you’ll learn everything you need to know about grilling, smoking, sides, meats, and more. After a full day of learning and cooking, we will enjoy the delicious meal we prepared. Your instructor for the day will be Dr. Walter L. “Bubba” Smith, a retired UMC pastor and certified grill master featured on Good Morning America.

BBQ MasterClass Cost: $100 per person.  

EVENING MEAL ONLY

Served at 5:30 PM

Enjoy a delicious meal featuring meats prepared by the class! Donate ahead of time for a ticket to hold a spot for your meal; we expect to run out due to visitors in the community enjoying PorchFest.

Evening Meal Suggested Donation: $15 per dinner.
