Anxiety seems like the norm in this day and age, yet those who struggle with it often feel like they're the only ones! But, according to the data nearly 1 in 5 Americans have a diagnosed anxiety issue, and according to US census reporting nationwide between 45-55% of people report feelings of being nervous, anxious, or on edge several days a week. All that to say, if you’re feeling anxious you’re not alone! But, what if when those anxious thoughts hit your mind there was another way to respond? What if there was a response that brings peace even when our circumstances of life reflect anything BUT peace? In this message, we’ll explore practical responses helpful in overcoming anxiety that we can live out every day.
