When we hear the story of Joesph, we often forget about how much hurt and pain he went through and how he had to put all of that behind him to continue in the will of God. He even named his son Menassah which means "God hath made me forget my toil". Joseph knew that God had a plan and he had to be able to lay down his hurt and pain and move forward to trust and follow the plan God had for him.

Today, we get to choose to lay down the pain for good because God's plan is better than any vengeance we could ever have.
