When God’s people stray, God often sends prophets to call them back to himself in repentance and reform. Into a world of affluence and corruption, God sent his prophet Micah to call his people to repent and offer his promise of restoration. The book of Micah offers unique insights and applications for our world today. As our world suffers from sin, the church is uniquely positioned to share the good news of Micah: The good news that there is a way back to God. We must turn from our sins and toward God. In a world starving for peace, justice, kindness, humility, and redemption. We must go to God to satisfy this hunger. God is devastating and caring. He declares judgement but offers hope for restoration. In Micah, we will see that Christ is the key to our world being made right.
