Every year, the month of October is observed as Pastor Appreciation Month or Clergy Appreciation Month and the second Sunday of October is celebrated as Pastor’s Appreciation Day! On behalf of the Church Board, we want to honor our Pastors for their leadership and contribution to the the Well Church NJ and encourage you all to appreciate and honor them tangibly. Here are 5 ways to honor your Pastor! 1. Lead an initiative that your Pastor has been talking about (Exodus 17:12) 2. Recognize Your Pastor publicly (1 Thes 5:12) 3. Encourage Your Pastor Personally (1 Thes 5:13) 4. Bless your Pastor Tangibly (1 Timothy 5:17) 5.
