1 - Unbelievers or Seekers, those who haven't surrendered their life to Jesus...yet.
2 - Lukewarm Believers, those who have the Holy Spirit inside of them, but ignore Him.
3 - Active Believers, those who are actively seeking and engaging God, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead their lives so they can live according to God's Word.
