Exhale. Here’s your permission to take a 30 min. peaceful pause. Through this guided effortless meditation practice, we will nurture compassion for ourselves by meditating on God’s Truth. Experience the restful centering of His Word, calming of the nervous system, and taming of the ‘monkey mind’. This class is the big sigh of relief you crave in a heavy world of fear, depression, anxiety, and confusion. No experience is necessary for our 5 week practice and beginners are especially encouraged to join. We meet virtually (instructor video/sound on, group members will be off at start of session as a curtesy and for privacy.) So go ahead and carve out your ‘Mindful Monday’ coffee or lunch break at this time and relax with us. All you need is a quiet space and Zoom.
