Now more than ever people find themselves anxious and worried. Covid-19 has generated a ton of fear because of the loss of control in our lives. More laps are being taken on the Worry-Go-Round than ever before. The English word, “worry,” comes from an old German root, “wurgen.” It means “to choke” or “strangle.” Worry brings about spiritual, mental, emotional and sometimes even relational strangulation. We need help. We need comfort. We need assurance. We need truth. We need the Lord and His wisdom. He can set us free.
