Isaiah's Commission Part 3

Isaiah 6:8-7:4

April 19, 2024 • Pastor Ken Brown • Isaiah 6:8—7:4

When you see God’s judgment towards our nation, do you ever want to give up? When people mock the word of God and those who follow God, do you get discouraged? In today’s message, Pastor Ken reminds believers that God does disperse judgment to those who reject him, and he reminds all of us that those who reject God’s word will grow harder and harder in the heart. However, God instructed Isaiah to continue sharing His message regardless of the destruction and desolation that he witnessed.

Eden 2.0 Part 1

May 20, 2024 • Pastor Ken Brown • Isaiah 11:1–10

The Bible describes humility as meekness, lowliness, and absence of self. Humility is a heart attitude, not merely an outward demeanor. Today, Pastor Ken will be explaining how you may put on an outward show of humility but still have a heart full of pride and arrogance. Jesus said that those who are “poor in spirit” would have the kingdom of heaven. Being poor in spirit means that only those who admit to an absolute bankruptcy of spiritual worth will inherit eternal life.

The Grace of God Part 3

May 17, 2024 • Pastor Ken Brown • Isaiah 10:20–34

Today, Pastor Ken teaches us that God has not abandoned the nation of Israel. Just as He protected Israel in the Old Testament and fulfilled His promise to make Israel a nation again after 2,000 years, He will also protect and redeem His people in the end times. At the end of the Great Tribulation, Israel will be surrounded by the armies of the Antichrist, but God will fight for Israel and destroy their enemies. This should give you hope in God. Just as God is faithful to Israel, He will be faithful to you also.

The Grace of God Part 2

May 16, 2024 • Pastor Ken Brown • Isaiah 10:20–34

It’s so hard to fully place our trust in God instead of the things of this world, isn’t it? With our jobs, finances, and relationships, we can at least see them, feel them, and to some extent, control them. But God is invisible, intangible, and cannot be controlled. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches that God is the only one you should place your trust in. Everything and everyone else in this world will fail you at some point. God is always faithful and all-powerful. He will never fail you, forget about you, or disappoint you.
