WEATHER UPDATED SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEKEND!!!!
Due to the impending rain and wind on Saturday we are making some changes to our Easter schedule.
WHAT'S STAYING THE SAME?
SERVICE TIMES: SATURDAY @ 1, 3, 5 PM | SUNDAY @ 8, 9:30, 11 AM
CAFE: Stop by the downstairs cafe for FREE coffee, cold drinks, & donuts on the way into a service on both days.
SIMPLE KIDS: We'll have fun, Easter-focused Simple Kid classes in the SK building for Babies - 5th Grade during ALL services on both Saturday & Sunday!!!
STUDENTS: We will NOT have student services on Saturday or Sunday as many students volunteer over the weekend. Students are encouraged to attend the main service with their families.
WHAT'S CHANGING?
OUTSIDE KID ACTIVITIES:
SATURDAY: No outside activities, but kids can go INSIDE the downstairs event center for FREE ice cream, face painting, Easter Bunny photo area, and a bag of eggs.
SUNDAY: We'll have OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES for kids including inflatables, games, FREE ice cream, Easter Bunny photo area plus an Easter Egg hunt between 9 AM - 12:30 PM! Purchase a cookie kit from the NEW Do Good Store Cafe outside by the turf area.
CROWD SIZES:
With these changes along with the rain, we are expecting HUGE CROWDS for our Sunday services. We have many additional viewing areas: LED screens in the upstairs overflow room and the downstairs event center. We also have the AMAZING NEW outdoor viewing space with a big LED screen and chairs on the turf if you want to enjoy the beautiful day and watch outside on Sunday morning at 9:30 or 11:00 AM. If you are flexible and do not have kids participating in outside activities, we're asking you to consider coming to any service on Saturday or to the 8 am service on Sunday.
DO GOOD PROJECT:
We always have a way for you to DO GOOD during Easter weekend. You can be a part of knocking out EVEN MORE medical debt than last year...your effort last Easter was so impactful for our community that we knew we had to go bigger this year! Make a donation and stop by the interactive Do Good Experience wall to see how each donation makes an impact. WALL LOCATION: SATURDAY - inside the downstairs event center & SUNDAY - outside by the outdoor stairwell.
DO GOOD STORE & DO GOOD CAFE:
Stop by the Do Good Store over the weekend for any last minute Easter gifts. A special CUSTOM MADE TSC t-shirt is available Easter weekend only...you can pick your color for the shirt and imprint of The Simple Church logo (while they last)!
The BRAND NEW Do Good cafe is opening on Sunday. You can purchase speciality drinks and Easter Cookie Kits made by Sugar Sheaux. (The cookie kits will be available for purchase inside the downstairs event center at the Do Good Store tent on Saturday!)
