We all have fears in life. Spiders, heights, public speaking, being alone, etc. God tells us to not be afraid in Joshua 1:9 and yet tells us to fear the Lord in Deuteronomy 10:12. Our fears of Earthly things can affect our walks and even sometimes halt them altogether. We are called to not fear those things, which can seem impossible at times. But if our fear of the Lord is true and real, we will be able to overcome all our insecurities and fears because we know that He is there with us.
