Grounding: Mental Health Skills

September 16, 2024
6:30 - 8:00pm

Using the resource, "Grounding" by Heidi Vermerr-Quist, Psy.D you will learn skills that can be used to live well during this 10-session class. The purpose of this class is to empower you with effective strategies for healthy living. Mental Health is a lot like gardening. We need solid grounding. When we grieve it feels like pruning, but it is necessary to work through hurts and losses. Through this process we learn how to let go of lies or myths we thought were true. Then we grow and prosper as we participate in a grateful community.
