The path from victim to victory most often isn't a direct route. In the story of David, the victim living on the run from King Saul, he discovers that time in the cave can be God's training ground. As he progresses from victim to vindication, God tests David's character. What he does in the test makes all the difference. And David's story is our story. When we're in 'the cave,' what will we do? Victory is ours if we do our part while trusting that God always does his part.
