Depression has been on the rise not only in our country, but all around the world. This seems to be a pandemic where medication and therapy finds its limitations. What does the Bible have to say about this disease that is plaguing mankind? How can we cultivate gratitude while we are struggling with all sorts of mental trauma? Soon America will be celebrating one of its favourite days with food, football and family. Thanksgiving however is betrayed when we sit around a meal with shallow, cliche things that we say we're thankful for.
