We live in a world of people who just don't get it.
For example, look at the caution labels on everyday products we purchase. Manufacturers go to great lengths to protect consumers with obvious warnings about how their products work.
Why do they do this? Because we live in a world of people who just don't get it and this condition hasn't changed in 2,000 years.
This is a Palm Sunday message, the day celebrated as the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem when He was greeted by people shouting "Hosanna" and waving palm branches. However, because those people didn't get it, the ones crying out "Hosanna" on Sunday cried out "Crucify Him" on Friday.
Often, we are the same. We don't get Jesus, we don't understand His heart, and we don't see what Jesus sees.
This message is geared toward preparing us for Easter and helping us to see like Jesus.
