You work out, eat right, and drink lots of water, but sometimes, you can forget to rest - an absence of rest can sometimes lead to burnout. And just like running a race, you need rest in the Lord. Sometimes, you end up running on fumes before you realize that your tank is empty. So in today’s message, Pastor Bill advises you to rest with and in the Lord because you may need it more than you think.
