Even in the Bible, one of the most sobering verses in the Old Testament comes from the book of Jesus that states, 'people went around those days doing RIGHT IN THEIR OWN EYES'! Pastor Bill goes a step further to say that phrase sounds a lot like our world today. Even today, there are still people in this world that think they know more than the God of the heavens. Today, don't just make Christianity convenient. Make it co-dependent on Jesus!

How often are our daily problems turning into mountains from molehills? Sometimes we think that the problems we go through are too insignificant for a mighty God. Why would one that created the heavens and the earth worry about me? Consequently, we try to move our mountains with our own strength. Pastor Bill encourages us that God is ultimately the One that will bring stability to our lives and establish us. There simply just has to be faith and trust on our part today.

Or maybe those same words came from parents or family members. For the family, school, or even business we represent, we become the example of that entity. Pastor Bill points out that even Christians are under a microscope of scrutiny. Whether in the New Testament or today, our lives are always on display to show the heart of God.
