Matthew 16-20 (Week 6)

All In

February 9, 2020 • Tim Jirrels

In Matthew 16:13-14 Jesus asked His disciples, "Who do people say that I am?" They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” Then in Matthew 16:15-16 He asked them, "But what about you? Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

C.S. Lewis said Jesus is either a liar, a lunatic, or He is Lord.

Who do you say that Jesus is? Is He your Lord and Savior? Watch this message and ask yourself who He is to you.

Total Trust (Week 1)

January 5, 2020 • Rick Baldwin

In the Meet Me in the Pages series, we study the four Gospels with the sole intent of coming to know Jesus with increasing clarity and intimacy. Our reading plan is to read one chapter of the Gospel, starting with Matthew, each day, Monday through Friday (using Saturday and Sunday for catch up and review). As you read each chapter, make note of the verse or verses that particularly stand out to you. As you pray about the verse(s), ask, "What does God want me to know, feel, and do?" Journal your answers. This study is designed to bring you closer to Jesus, into the relationship you have always wanted with http://him...and that He has always wanted with you! If you would like to use the study journal for Matthew, please click the link to download the PDF. It is a very helpful tool to use in studying the Gospel of Matthew. Look for the study journals for Mark, Luke, and John in subsequent episodes of Meet Me in the Pages.
