Welcome to the study of our awesome God. In this series of lessons, we're thinking about the God that we serve, His nature, His characteristics, and what it is that He gives His children that is so amazing and so awesome.

In this lesson we're thinking about our awesome God, and His wonderful salvation. I want each of us to know and be reminded how wonderful our awesome God's salvation is. Think about the Ethiopian eunuch. Acts 8:37-41, Philip teaches the Ethiopian eunuch the gospel. That man is baptized into Jesus Christ. In Acts 8:39-41, the Bible tells us ‘he went on his way rejoicing.’ Here's a man who was coming to Jerusalem to hear about, to worship and he heard about Jesus. He saw the evidence, and he read about him in Isaiah 53 in the scroll. He learns the gospel, and his life is completely changed. He leaves rejoicing in our awesome God, and His wonderful salvation.
