Select "CONTINUE." 5. Pick your T-shirt size, then select "CONTINUE." 6. Create your Fundraising Page to help us make a difference! Select "Become a Fundraiser" to create your page. Then select "CONTINUE." 7. Review your registration information, and then click "COMPLET
